Chief Executive Officer

Fran Hill heads Green Lake Renewal’s initiatives, overseeing all of the organization’s current programs, developing visions for the future, and developing strategic plans to meet Green Lake Renewal’s goals. One of the initial developers of the Town Square concept, she came to Green Lake Renewal with 35 years of business experience in fields including non-profit, media, marketing, law and retail.


Director of Operations

Kate Salas manages and directs the day-to-day operations of Green Lake Renewal’s projects, including Town Square, Green Lake Fitness 24/7 and Green Lake Kitchens. A master organizer and expert at prioritizing, Kate was a project manager, responsible for process improvement in the insurance industry prior to joining Green Lake Renewal.


Manager of Green Lake Fitness 24/7

Chip Heistand joined Green Lake Renewal in 2016 after eight years with Community Health Network, where he developed a passion for helping people make healthy lifestyle choices. As a Certified Personal Trainer and Manager of Green Lake Fitness 24/7, Chip helps members reach their wellness goals by working with them to create personalized fitness programs. In addition to his work in the fitness center, Chip teaches strength training classes at Town Square and advises Green Lake Renewal on its future wellness-related initiatives.
